Through workshops, competitor reviews and client and candidate interviews, we built a picture of the market from which we developed a more compelling brand positioning that reflected the high standards displayed by the company throughout its operations; and a more vibrant brand identity that lost none of the brand equity the business had built over 20 years. From there, we provided ongoing support to the marketing team, writing and designing a more dynamic website, internal and external brand launch collateral, as well as creating highly successful candidate attraction social media campaigns.
