Through stakeholder workshops and a series of staff and customer interviews, we developed a clear message to market which centered on the ‘can do’ attitude displayed throughout the business. With logo change out of the question due to budgetary constraints in refreshing livery, we set about delivering a new, bolder and brighter brand identity – plus a new, dynamic website and a suite of brochureware and sales collateral. For the brand re-launch period we also ran their social media programme, achieving huge increases in reach and engagement.
